Players do not just pick a server, they build their week around one. Recurring, announced events are how you give them a reason to keep coming back and to bring friends.
Why use it
- Repeat visits. "2x XP this Saturday" gets people to plan, log in and tell their guild.
- Free promotion. Your events show on your listing and in a global upcoming-events feed players browse.
- Opening buzz. A fixed grand-opening countdown turns launch day into an event, not a soft trickle.
How to use it
- Open My Servers and add an event: title, start time, a short description.
- It appears on your public listing and in the toplist events feed automatically.
- Announce it in your Discord (the bot can help) and on the forum.
Rhythm beats surpriseA predictable weekly event players can rely on builds a habit faster than random one-off surprises. Pick a slot and own it.
Why it is better
A calendar buried in your Discord reaches only the people already there. On TuServerMU your events double as discovery, appearing in a feed where undecided players are browsing for a server exactly like yours.
